智能制造业线上孵化实践研究——基于洪泰智造的案例分析

Research on the Practice of Online Incubation of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry: A case study based on Hongtai Zhizao

以洪泰智造为研究对象,结合该公司的孵化实践,归纳其在智能制造领域所面临的实际问题,探讨其线上孵化体系的工作内容、模式及其与线下孵化之间的互动关系。研究发现,洪泰智造以线下实体孵化工作为基础,通过搭建凌波系统、补贴易和鲁班院等线上孵化体系,实现了对被孵企业创业活动的主导、推动、保障三方面作用,同时帮助创业企业更好地利用政策资源,建立起了创业企业与传统制造类企业之间的桥梁。研究成果有助于深化对互联网在孵化工作中应用的理解,对线上孵化工作实践也有一定参考价值。

Taking Hongtai Zhizao as the research object,and combines the incubation practice of the company,summarizes the practical problems it faces in the field of intelligent manufacturing,and discusses the working content,mode and interaction between the online incubation system and offline incubation.The research finds that Hongtai Zhizao has built online incubation system such as Lingbo system,Butieyi and Luban Institute based on offline entity incubation,which can lead,promote and guarantee the entrepreneurial activities of incubated enterprises,and help them to make better use of policy resources and establish a bridge between the start‐up enterprises and traditional manufacturing enterprises.The research results of this paper can help to deepen the understanding of the application of Internet in incubation work,and also have some reference value for online incubation practice.
