Offshore innovation center is a new mode of international cooperation in science and technology which will gather global innovation resources,and Zhuhai has a good foundation for the construction of offshore innovation center.Zhuhai has set up offshore innovation centers such as overseas R&D centers and incubators under the guidance of the government or enterprises and scientific research institutions.The construction of Zhuhai’s offshore innovation centers is progressing smoothly and has achieved some results.
