创新是促进广东省经济高质量发展的必备条件。但是依目前情况来看,广东省在高端与核心技术方面对外的依赖程度仍然很大,技术创新的效率与自主创新的能力依然比较低。对外直接投资作为获取国际前沿科技成果的主要途径之一,对广东省经济增长与技术进步具有重要意义。从OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的主要影响因素入手,对广东省OFDI对外直接投资的特点进行总结,分析广东省企业自主创新能力提升存在的困境,提出广东省企业自主创新能力提高的对策与建议。

Innovation has become a necessary condition for promoting the high-quality economic development of Guangdong Province. However,according to the current situation,Guangdong Province still has a large degree of external dependence on high and core technologies,and the efficiency of technological innovation and the ability of independent innovation are still relatively low. Foreign direct investment,as one of the main ways to obtain international cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements,promotes the economic growth and technological progress of Guangdong Province reverse technology spillover through the effect of OFDI. Starting from the main influencing factors of reverse technology spillover effect of OFDI,summarizes the characteristics of OFDI outward direct investment in Guangdong Province,analyzes the difficulties existing in the promotion of independent innovation ability of enterprises in Guangdong Province,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of independent innovation ability of enterprises in Guangdong Province.
