提升高职专业课教师“课程思政”育人能力的思考

Reflections on Improving Educational Ability of Specialized Course Teachers about Ideological and Political Education by Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges

以高职院校“课程思政”教学现状为基础,从“更新育人理念、加强师资队伍建设、发挥教师主体作用”等方面探讨了提高专业课教师“课程思政”育人能力的途径和方法,以期促进“课程思政”建设水平,提高“课程思政”的实效性,实现各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成育人的协同效应。

Based on the current teaching situation of“ideological and political education by curriculum”in higher voca⁃tional colleges,the ways and methods to improve the educational ability of specialized course teachers about“ideological and politi⁃cal education by curriculum”are discussed from the following aspects:renewing the educational concept,strengthening the con⁃struction of teaching staff and giving play to the major role of teachers.The construction level and the effectiveness of“ideological and political education by curriculum”can be promoted in this way,which enables other courses to have the same development with ideological and political theory courses,and form the synergistic effect in education.
