Study on Improving the Quality Assurance System of Party Member Development of College Students Based on the Closed-loop Management of FOCUS-PDCA

以“FOCUS-PDCA”动态管理为抓手,提出从高校学生党员发展的制度建设、体系完善、控制优化等多个维度构建高校学生党员发展质量保障体系,创新高校党员发展质量多主体参与体制,实现高校学生党员发展质量全程动态化监督机制,为新形势下提升高校党员发展质量提供保障。

College students are the builders of the Party and the country,and students members are the backbone of the Par⁃ty in the future.Therefore,it is essential to ensure and enhance the quality of student Party members at the beginning,which is of great significance to realize comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.In view of the problems in the development of college student Party members,the multidimensional quality assurance system for the development of college student Party members is con⁃structed based on the“FOCUS-PDCA”dynamic management from the aspects of system construction,system improvement,and control optimization.Furthermore,a multi-subject participation system of the development quality of Party members in colleges and universities is proposed.In this way can the dynamic supervision mechanism of the whole process of the development quality of col⁃lege student Party members be realized,and guarantee for improving the development quality of college Party members be provided under the new situation.
