“一带一路”倡议的提出为法语人才市场带来了更多的就业机会,同时也对高校应用法语人才的培养提出了更多要求。本文通过分析“一带一路”背景下法语人才培养的机遇与挑战,结合高校在应用法语专业人才培养中存在的问题以及市场需求提出了培养具有良好语言应用能力的高素质技能型法语人才的对策。

The“Belt and Road”initiative has brought abundant job opportunities to the French-speaking talent market,and it also puts forward higher demands for the training of French-speaking talents in universities.This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges of French-speaking talents training under the background of the“Belt and Road”initiative,combined with the problems existing in the training of French-speaking professionals in universities,countermeasures for cultivating high-quality skilled French-speaking talents with good language application ability are put forward.
