公安专业教师素质能力调研及思考

摘要 本文以中国知网收录的近28年的公安院校教师素质能力或胜任力等相关主题论文、公安院校官网、10余所公安院校的一些专业教师、教学管理者和来自公安一线驻校教官的访谈结果、互联网相关资料、校内文件与规章制度等相关文献资料为研究对象,通过文献分析、问卷调查和个别电话微信访谈等形式对我国公安院校专业教师素质能力进行了专题调研,提出了优化公安院校专业教师素质能力培养机制的具体建议。 This article is based on the nearly 28 years of public security college teachers’quality,ability or competency and related papers collected by CNKI,the official website of public security colleges,some professional teachers from more than 10 public security colleges,teaching administrators,and public security front-line essays.The results of interviews with school instructors,Internet-related materials,school documents,rules and regulations and other related literature are the research objects.Through literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,and individual interviews through WeChat,a special survey on the quality and ability of professional teachers in public security colleges in China has been carried out,specific suggestions to optimize the quality and ability training mechanism of professional teachers in public security colleges are put forward.
