基于交叠影响阈理论的家校企联动教学模式研究

Research on the Teaching Mode of Home-University-Enterprise Linkage Based on the Theory of Overlapping Influence Threshold

家庭、学校与社会协同育人,是当下一项重要的教育课题。如何在课程教学中建立家庭、学校和企业的协同关系,需要进行实证研究。本文基于爱普斯坦提出的交叠影响阈理论,以饭店餐饮管理课程实践研究为例构建了家校企联动教学模式,并提出以学生为中心的服务体系、开创以亲情为主题的教学内容以及尝试以角色为指标的考核方式等具体实施对策。

The collaborative education of family,school and society is an important educational topic at present.How to establish a synergistic relationship among families,schools,and enterprises in curriculum teaching requires empirical research.Based on the overlapping influence threshold theory proposed by Epstein,this paper takes the practice research of the course“Hotel Catering Management”as an example to construct a home-university-enterprise linkage teaching model,and proposes a student-centered service system and creates family-oriented teaching content and implement specific countermeasures according to role-based assessment methods.
