摘要
如何迎接人工智能时代的挑战,建立相关的健全的知识产权法律体系,现已成为人工智能时代关注的焦点。本文以人工智能为切入点,结合相关知识产权法律问题进行分析,探讨了当前面临的挑战以及应对措施,旨在说明完善人工智能相关知识产权的重要性,以期提供参考借鉴。
How to meet the challenges of the artificial intelligence era and establishing and improving relevant intellectual property laws have now become the focus of attention in the artificial intelligence era.This article takes artificial intelligence as the starting point and analyzes relevant intellectual property legal issues,discusses the current challenges and countermeasures,and aims to illustrate the importance of perfecting artificial intelligence related intellectual property rights in order to provide reference.
