马铃薯新品种‘定薯6号’的选育

Selection and Breeding of New Potato Variety'Dingshu 6'

‘定薯6号’是定西市农业科学研究院以‘定薯1号’为母本,‘大西洋’为父本,通过有性杂交系统选育而成。2020年通过非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GPD马铃薯(2020)620092。该品种为晚熟、鲜薯食用及炸片加工型品种,生育期122 d左右。薯块圆形,薯皮白色略粗,薯肉白色,芽眼少而浅呈紫红色。薯块干物质含量29.50%,淀粉含量21.59%,维生素C含量17.30 mg/100 g,粗蛋白含量2.95%,还原糖含量0.10%。抗晚疫病。干旱地平均产量在36758 kg/hm2,适宜在甘肃省干旱、半干旱地区及其他相似生态条件区域种植。

'Dingshu 6'was developed from a cross between'Dingshu 1'as female and'Atlantic'as male parent made by Dingxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The new variety was certificated for the registration of non-major crop varieties by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China in 2020,and its registration number is GPD potato(2020)620092.The growth duration of'Dingshu 6'is about 122 days.It is late maturing and could be planted as table and chip processing potato.It has round shape tubers,rough skin,white skin and white flesh,and few shallow and purplish red eyes.For this variety,dry matter content is 29.50%,starch content 21.59%,vitamin C 17.30 mg/100 g FW,crude protein 2.95%,and reducing sugar 0.10%.This variety is resistant to late blight and its yield in rain-fed land was 36758 kg/ha.'Dingshu 6'is suitable for planting in the arid,semi-arid and other areas with similar ecological conditions in Gansu Province.
