雾霾模拟环境下绝缘子积污特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 雾霾影响输电线路外绝缘的问题近年来被广泛关注,为此设计了雾霾模拟装置,以探讨瓷、玻璃和复合绝缘子的积污特性。分析了绝缘子积污随雾霾浓度、颗粒粒径和持续时间的变化规律,根据实验结果比较了雾霾环境中瓷、玻璃和复合绝缘子的积污程度。结果表明:自行设计的模拟装置能产生自然雾霾;雾霾影响绝缘子积污主要表现为湿沉降作用;绝缘子的积污量与雾霾浓度成正比,随颗粒粒径的增大而减小;瓷、玻璃绝缘子的雾霾积污特性随时间表现出3种变化趋势;雾霾中,复合绝缘子的短时间积污量大于瓷、玻璃绝缘子,且随着积污时间延长,3种绝缘子的积污程度相差不大。 In China,Haze has been widely concerned in recent years.To this end,a haze simulation device is designed to explore the pollution characteristics of porcelain,glass and composite insulators.The variation of insulator fouling with haze concentration,particle size and duration is analysed.According to the experimental results,the pollution degree of porcelain,glass and composite insulators in the haze environment is compared.The results show that the self-designed simulation device can produce natural haze.Haze affects insulator pollution,mainly due to wet sedimentation.The amount of contamination of the insulator is proportional to the haze concentration,and decreases with the increase of the particle size.The haze and pollution characteristics of porcelain and glass insulators show three changing trends over time.In the haze,the short-term pollution accumulation of composite insulators is greater than that of porcelain and glass insulators,and with the prolonged pollution accumulation time,the pollution accumulation of the three insulators is not much different.
