摘要 供电区域分类是配电网规划建设的重要基础性工作,划分结果会直接影响电网建设的投资规模,因此供电区域的科学、合理分类有助于制定差异化的配电网规划目标和规划方案,兼顾可靠性和经济性要求,提高配电网全寿命周期效益。综合考虑各地的发展水平、建设水平、负荷水平3个方面后,建立了较完整的供电区域划分指标体系,根据相关指标数据,采用基于改进型白化权函数的灰色聚类法对配电网进行分区,其中综合应用层次分析法和熵权法得到了指标权重。对河南省某市进行供电分区的结果表明该方法的有效性。 The classification of power supply regions is an important basic work for the planning and construction of the distribution network,and the result of the division will directly affect the investment scale of the construction of the power grid.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable classification of power supply areas helps to formulate differentiated distribution network planning goals and planning schemes,taking into account the requirements of reliability and economy,and improving the life cycle benefits of the distribution network.After comprehensively considering the development level,construction level,and load level of each region,a relatively complete power supply area division index system is established.According to relevant index data,the gray clustering method based on the improved whitening weight function is used to partition the distribution network,and the index weight is obtained by comprehensively applying the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method.The results of power supply classification in a city in Henan Province show the effectiveness of this method.
