空气断路器触头系统电动斥力仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用Ansoft Maxwell对空气断路器合闸时触头系统受到的电动斥力进行仿真,试验结果表明断路器在合闸时,在电磁场环境下,受到了洛伦兹力和霍尔姆力的作用。通过软件仿真触头需要的预压力,可为新产品开发时提供设计依据,降低产品研发周期。 Ansoft Maxwell is used to simulate the electric repulsion force on the contact system when the air circuit breaker is closed.The test results show that the circuit breaker is subjected to Lorentz force and Holm force due to the action of electromagnetic field.The pressure required by the contactor is simulated by Ansoft,which can provide design basis for the development of new products and reduce the product development cycle.
