摘要 针对某110 kV变电站10 kV真空断路器越级跳闸及接地变柜冒烟故障情况,结合监控后台机动作信号,对#1接地变及10 kV 516开关进行了检查试验及分析,发现此故障是由10 kV 516开关真空泡绝缘不合格造成的,并采取了相应的处理措施,保障了516开关安全及时投运。通过对这起故障的总结,提出了几点建议,可对以后解决类似故障问题起到一定借鉴作用。 Aiming at the fault of 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker leapfrog tripping fault and grounding transformer cabinet smoke in a 110 kV substation,combined with the action signal of monitoring background machine,the inspection test and analysis of#1 grounding transformer and 10 kV 516 switch are carried out.It is found that this fault was caused by the failure of the vacuum bubble insulation of the 10 kV 516 switch.Corresponding treatment measures are taken to ensure the safety and timely operation of 516 switch.By summarizing this failure,several suggestions are put forward,which can be used as a reference for solving similar failure problems in the future.
