近年来高压开关类设备SF_(6)气体压力低缺陷频发,严重影响系统的安全稳定性能。通过统计分析、解体检查等手段,发现一起500 kV SF_(6)断路器漏气家族性缺陷,并给出了缺陷原因及整改方案,对类似缺陷查找及分析有一定指导意义。

In recent years,high-pressure switch equipment SF_(6) gas pressure low defects frequently occur,which seriously affects the safety and stability of the system.Through statistical analysis,disassembly inspection and other means,a family defect of gas leakage of 500 kV SF_(6) circuit breaker is found.The reason for the defect and the rectification plan are given,which has certain guiding significance for the search and analysis of similar defects.
