摘要
针对某1000 MW超超临界机组在RB试验过程中出现的问题进行了分析,特别是送/引风RB过程中炉膛压力长时间保持正压,50%给水泵RB过程中给水泵自动切除,一次风机RB逻辑存在隐患等问题进行了分析,并提出了针对性建议,为此类机组提供了参考和借鉴。
The problems that occurred during the RB test of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit are analyzed.In particular,the furnace pressure maintains a positive pressure for a long time during the process of air supply/induced air RB,50%of the feed pump is automatically cut off during the process of RB,and the hidden dangers of the logic of the primary fan RB are analyzed.Targeted suggestions are put forward to provide reference and reference for such units.
