浅筋膜针刺配合再灌注活动治疗腰肌劳损的疗效研究

Effect of Superficial Fascia Acupuncture Combined with Ischemia-reperfusion on Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的:探讨浅筋膜针刺配合再灌注活动治疗腰肌劳损的疗效。方法:60例腰肌劳损的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,均给予再灌注活动治疗,对照组同时采用针灸治疗,治疗组同时采用浅筋膜针刺治疗,均治疗3次,隔日1次,于治疗前、第1次和3次治疗后评定NRS疼痛、ODI腰部功能、脊柱活动度及临床体征积分,比较两组疗效差异。结果:两组治疗后所有测试指标均有随时间变化的趋势(P<0.01),组间和时间点存在交互效应;第1次治疗后治疗组NRS相较对照组有非常显著性降低(P<0.01),其余指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3次治疗结束后治疗组所有测试指标相较对照组均显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论:浅筋膜针刺配合再灌注活动在改善腰肌劳损患者的疼痛程度方面有更好的即时效应,也能更有效地增强腰部功能、提高脊柱活动度、减轻临床症状,其短期效果优于针灸治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of superficial fascia acupuncture combined with ischemia-reperfusion on lumbar muscle strain.Methods:60 patients with lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups were treated with ischemia-reperfusion,the control group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of ischemia-reperfusion,while the treatment group was treated with superficial fascia acupuncture combined with ischemia-reperfusion.Both groups were treated for 3 times and once every other day.The pain degree(NRS score),lumbar function(ODI score),spinal mobility score and clinical sign score were compared.Results:All test indicators of the two groups changed with time(P<0.01),there was interaction effect between groups and time points.Compared with control group,the scores of NRS decreased significantly in treatment group after the first treatments(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).In addition,compared with control group,all test indicators decreased in treatment group after two weeks treatments(P<0.05).Conclusion:Superficial fascia acupuncture combined with ischemia-reperfusion has better instant effect on alleviating pain of lumbar muscle strain in winter sports.Meanwhile,it is superior to acupuncture on improving function,increasing joint activity and alleviating the clinical symptoms.
