隔姜铺灸疗法理论探讨及在妇科疾病中的应用

The Theory of Ginger-Separated Moxibustion Therapy and Its Application in Gynecological Diseases

目的:回溯隔姜铺灸的历史,阐述隔姜铺灸的概念及作用机理,总结隔姜铺灸疗法在妇科疾病中的临床应用概况。方法:检索近10年有关隔姜铺灸疗法的历史及现状,以及归纳整理该疗法在妇科疾病治疗中的运用情况。结果:通过对隔姜铺灸疗法的理论探讨及其在妇科疾病中的应用,总结出隔姜铺灸治疗以多种理论为基础,包含中医经络、皮部理论及现代医学的渗透给药理论,且对常见多发妇科疾病有较突出疗效。结论:隔姜铺灸在治疗妇科疾病中如痛经、习惯性流产、卵巢早衰、产后身痛等有较好疗效,以此期待多中心、大样本临床研究继续推广。

Objective:To review the history of ginger-separated moxibustion,expounding the concept and mechanism of ginger-separated moxibustion,and summarizing the clinical application of it in gynecological diseases.Methods:By searching the history and current situation of moxibustion therapy with ginger separation in recent 10 years,and the application of this therapy in the treatment of gynecological diseases was summarized and sorted out.Results:Based on the theoretical discussion of ginger-separated moxibustion therapy and its application in gynecological diseases,it is concluded that the treatment of ginger-separated moxibustion is based on a variety of theories,including meridian cutaneous region theories of TCM as well as the theory of osmotic administration in modern medicine,and has a more prominent effect on common multiple gynecological diseases.Conclusion:Ginger separation and moxibustion have good effects in the treatment of gynecological diseases such as dysmenorrhea,recurrent abortion,premature ovarian failure,postpartum body pain and so on.In addition,further studies are necessary to continue of multi-center and large-sample clinical studies.
