摘要
八段锦作为中国传统功法之一,在疾病的预防与治疗方面具有一定的优势和特色。本文将通过对八段锦在颈椎病的治疗和预防方面的基础与临床研究做一概述,以期为八段锦治疗颈椎病的推广和普及提供理论依据与临床指导。
Baduanjin, as one of the Chinese traditional skills, has certain advantages and characteristics in disease prevention and treatment. This article will summarize the basic and clinical research of Baduanjin in the treatment and prevention of cervical spondylosis, in order to provide theoretical basis and clinical guidance for the promotion and popularization of Baduanjin in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
