摘要
山东海化依托现有纯碱和硫酸钾生产装置,以老卤和纯碱煅烧冷凝液为原料,研发了碳铵法连续反应热解生产高纯氧化镁工艺技术,并建设500 t/a高纯氧化镁工业试验装置。工业试验装置连续稳定运行1 500 h,并获得合格高纯氧化镁产品110 t,平均吨产品需消耗新鲜水83 m^(3)。工业试验初步验证了老卤-碳铵法连续反应热解生产高纯氧化镁新工艺的可靠性。对1万t/a高纯氧化镁装置的初步分析显示了该工艺具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
Relying on the existing soda ash and potassium sulfate production units,Shandong Haihua Group Co.had developed the process technology of producing high-purity magnesium oxide by continuous reaction pyrolysis with ammonium bicarbon-ate,adopting the residual bittern and soda ash calcination condensate as raw materials,and built a 500 t/a high-purity magne-sium oxide pilot test device.The pilot test device had run continuously and stably for 1500 h,and 110 t of qualified high-purity magnesium oxide products were obtained.The average fresh water consumption per ton of products was 83 m^(3).The pilot test preliminarily verified the reliability of the new process of producing high purity magnesium oxide by continuous reaction pyrolysis of residual bittern and ammonium bicarbonate.The preliminary analysis of a 10000 t/a high-purity magnesium oxide plant showed that the process had good economic and environmental benefits.
