摘要
依据国家标准GB/T31414—2015 《水性涂料表面活性剂的测定烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚》,建立了一种快速、准确测定水性涂料中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APnEO)含量的仪器分析测试方法(高效液相色谱法)。用甲醇作为样品萃取溶剂超声萃取,采用Agilent ×ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶水∶乙腈=81∶13∶6为流动相进行等度洗脱,色谱柱柱温为35℃,进样量为10μL,流速为1 mL/min。本方法在0.1-10.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性响应关系,线性相关系数r>0.995,回收率为92.9%~103.8%。
In accordance with National Standard GB/T31414-2015 Waterborne Coatings Determination of Surfactant Alkylphenol Polyethoxylates, a rapid and accurate analytical method for the determination of alkylphenol polyethoxylates(APnEO) in waterborne coatings(HPLC) was developed. Specifically, the methanol was used as the extraction solvent for ultrasonic extraction. The separation was carried out via an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol:water: acetonitrile=81∶13∶6(volume ratio) as the mobile phase.The column temperature was 35 ℃. The sample volume was 10 μL and its flow rate was 1 mL/min. The method showed good linear response in the mass concentration range of 0.1-10.0 μg/mL with the linear correlation coefficient >0.995 and the recovery rate of 92.9%-103.8%.
