摘要
针对不同次数模拟焊后热处理对Q345R正火状态钢板力学性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,随着模拟焊后次数增加,钢板厚度1/4处和1/2处的屈服强度和抗拉强度均出现下降趋势,钢板厚度1/4处和1/2处的-60℃~0℃系列横向冲击性能均有所降低。
The influence law concerning the effect of simulating post-weld heat treatment times with different times on the mechanical properties of Q345 R normalized steel plates was studied.The results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength at 1/4 and 1/2 of the thickness of the steel plates decreased with the increase of the number of simulating post-weld heat treatment times,however the transverse impact properties in terms of the series tests in the temperature range from-60℃to 0℃at 1/4 and 1/2 of the thickness of the steel plates were reduced.
