摘要
归纳了鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧厂四分厂冷连轧机组在高速生产家电薄料≤0.6 mm时频繁出现线状划伤缺陷的规律,通过热划伤产生现象判断分析,确定此线状划伤为热划伤缺陷,并制定相关改进措施进行试验。结果表明,通过优化轧制压下规程、改良轧制油配方、提高乳化液浓度和乳化液流量、压力以及提高轧辊磨削质量的综合方案,可有效控制高速轧制下的线状划伤缺陷。
The regularities of frequent linear scratch defects occurred on the surface of thin materials with the thickness size less than or equal to 0.6 mm produced by the tandem cold mill of No.4 Branch Plant of the Cold Rolled Strip Steel Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.at high speed were summarized.Based on the judgment and analysis of the scratches,it was determined that this kind of linear scratches was a defect categorized into the heat-scratches,and then relevant improvement measures were formulated and further testing was carried out.The test results showed that the linear scratch defects could be effectively controlled by optimizing the schedule for rolling reduction,improving the formula for rolling oil,increasing emulsion concentration and emulsion flow,emulsion pressure and improving the quality of grinding mill rolls.
