摘要
推力参数是姿态控制发动机试验中需要获取的关键性能参数,推力校准是推力测量中的重要环节,有利于准确传递力值。本文简述了某姿控发动机推力校准系统组成和工作原理,提出一种基于LabVIEW的自动校准方法,给出了相应的技术实现途径。与原有手动校准方式相比,不仅能够节约人力成本还有利于提高工作效率,推力校准时长可以控制在15 min以内。
Thrust is the key parameter in attitude control engine test,thrust calibration is very important during the trust measurement,ensure the accurate transmission of force value.The composition and working principle of thrust calibration system of an attitude control engine are described,an automatic calibration method based on LabVIEW is proposed,and the corresponding technical way.Compared with the manual calibration method,save labor cost and improve work efficiency,The thrust calibration time can be controlled within 15 minutes.
