Pentraxin-3在评估妊娠期先兆子痫和病情进展中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估妊娠期血清Pentraxin-3水平在先兆子痫和病情进展中的表达变化和相关性,为先兆子痫的早期诊断和临床管理提供参考依据。方法收集2019年1月-2020年4月于该院诊治的先兆子痫患者60例,同期收集30例正常妊娠孕妇为对照组。对比分析患者年龄、体质指数(BMI)、吸烟、多胎、分娩周数、血清Pentraxin-3水平、平均动脉压及24 h尿蛋白等临床指标的差异,Person相关性检验分析Pentraxin-3水平与平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白的相关性。结果重度先兆子痫患者新生儿体质量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻、重度子痫与对照组比较,平均动脉压、24 h蛋白尿及Pentraxin-3水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清Pentraxin-3水平与平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白呈显著正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01;r=0.75,P<0.01)。结论 Pentraxin-3在先兆子痫患者血清中表达呈增高趋势,与子痫的发生具有密切关系且与病情进展呈正相关,Pentraxin-3在评估妊娠期子痫和病情进展中具有良好的应用价值。
