Compare and Analyze the Standard of Disposable Flexitanks for Bulk Liquid

为实现一次性集装箱液体集装袋(以下简称“液袋”)国际联运,保证运输安全,促进液袋技术发展,比较分析TB/T 2689.4—2018《铁路货物集装化运输第4部分:一次性集装箱液体集装袋》和PAS 1008:2016《一次性使用集装箱液袋的性能和测试规范》的差异。从统一液袋标准、规范液袋检测实验室资质和加强我国液袋相关行业标准通用性等方面,提出液袋未来研究方向。

In order to realize the international transportation of disposable flexitanks for bulk liquid,ensure the transportation safety and promote the development of disposable flexitanks for bulk liquid technology,this paper compares and analyzes the differences between the contents of TB/T 2689.4—2018 Railway cargo unitized transportation-Part 4:Disposable flexitanks for bulk liquid and PAS 1008:2016 Specification for the performance and testing of a single-Use flexitank.From the aspects of unifying the standard,standardizing the qualification of the disposable flexitanks for bulk liquid testing laboratory and strengthening the universality of the disposable flexitanks for bulk liquid related industry standards in China,the future research direction of disposable flexitanks for bulk liquid is raised.
