摘要 为了实现轨道衡磅房无人值守,快速、便捷地远程获取轨道衡设备运行状态,研究设备运行状态关键参数,分析设备常见故障及产生原因。结合传感检测、嵌入式系统、计算机软件技术,设计一套轨道衡设备运行状态监控系统。试运行试验表明,监控系统可以及时、有效地远程监控轨道衡运行状态,及时发现轨道衡设备故障,提高维护效率。 In order to adapt the unattended operation of the weighing room of the rail-weighbridge and obtain the operation status of the rail-weighbridge equipment quickly and conveniently,the key parameters of the equipment operation status are studied,and the common faults and causes of the equipment are analyzed.Combined with sensor detection,embedded system and computer software technology,a set of monitoring system of rail-weighbridge equipment running state is designed.The trial operation experiment shows that the monitoring system can timely and effectively remote monitor the operation status of the track scale,timely detect equipment faults,and improve the maintenance efficiency.
