摘要
铁路车辆制动后,若制动力大于轮轨间粘着力,闸瓦可能抱住车轮,使其在钢轨上滑行,直接影响列车运行安全。调查分析一起典型货车故障案例,采取理论计算和模拟试验结合的方法,验证制动缸压力、活塞行程、车轮踏面和闸瓦间隙。进一步分析验证闸瓦间隙调整器控制距离A值变化对行车安全的影响,并给出闸瓦间隙调整器控制杠杆支点螺母变动的原因。结合案例调查分析结果,提出针对性改进措施和建议,为货车日常运用检修及货车抱闸故障调查提供参考。
After braking,if the braking force is greater than the adhesion between the wheel-rail,the brake shoe may hold the wheel and slide on the rail,which directly affects the safety of train operation.A typical failure case of freight car is investigated and analyzed.The brake cylinder pressure,piston stroke and wheel bush clearance are verified by theoretical calculation and simulation test.The influence of the change of the control distance of the brake slack adjuster on the driving safety is further analyzed and verified,and the reason of the change A value of the fulcrum nut of the brake slack adjuster control is given.Combined with the results of case investigation and analysis,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are raised to provide reference for the daily operation and maintenance of freight cars and the investigation of brake failure.
