摘要
为解决GCD600型轨道车二系空气弹簧在无动力回送工况下无法抬升问题,设计新型二系空气弹簧供风系统。介绍系统设计思路、工作原理、结构组成,以及设计方法。通过现场试验验证得出,轨道车新型二系空气弹簧供风系统在无动力回送工况下,可完全抬升二系空气弹簧,满足设计要求。
This paper analyzed the reasons of the secondary air spring of the GCD600 railway vehicle which cannot lift under the powerless sending back condition,new air supply system of the secondary air spring is designed.This paper introduces the design idea,operating principle,structural composition and design methods.It is known from onsite verification that under the powerless sending back condition,the new air supply system of the secondary air spring can fully lift the secondary air spring and meet the designing requirements.
