近十年来我国养老护理人力资源领域研究热点的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of research hot-spots in the field of human resources of old-age care in the past decade in China

目的探索国内养老护理人力资源研究领域的现状、热点与趋势。方法对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2010年1月1日—2020年3月18日发表的养老护理人力资源领域相关文献进行检索,将纳入的文献题录用citespace软件进行发文量、文献作者、研究机构及关键词分析。结果共纳入169篇文献,分析发现发文量总体上呈现上下波动状态,2015年发文数量增长后,保持平稳状态;养老护理人力资源领域缺少核心作者和研究机构;热点研究主题集中于养老护理服务需求及行业现状、增加养老机构护理人员配置、提高养老护理人员职业素质、创新养老护理服务模式这四类。结论养老护理人力资源的研究还有待深入,今后的研究热点为养老护理服务的供需现状、增加养老护理人员数量与质量、创新养老服务模式,从而更好的满足国内人口老龄化下的老年人的长期照护服务。

Objective To explore the current situation,hot spot and trend of the research field of human resources of nursing for the aged in China.Methods The literature related to the field of human resources of elderly care published from 2010 to March 18 th,2020 in CNKI database was searched.The volume of papers,authors,research institutions and key words were analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results 169 papers were included in the study.The results showed that the number of papers published showed a fluctuation state on the whole,and kept stable after the number of papers issued increased in 2015.The field of human resources of nursing for the aged lacks the core authors and research institutions.The hot topics focus on the four types:the demand of nursing service and the current situation of the industry,the increase of the allocation of nursing staff in the elderly care institutions,the improvement of the professional quality of the elderly care personnel,and the innovation of the service mode of the elderly care.Conclusions The research on human resources of nursing for the aged needs further indepth.The future research focuses on the current situation of supply and demand of nursing services,increasing the number and quality of nursing staff,and innovating the service mode for the elderly,so as to better meet the long-term care service for the elderly under the aging population in China.
