延续康复护理在断指再植患者中的应用

Application of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with replantation of amputatedfinger

目的探讨断指再植(RAF)患者运用延续康复护理干预的效果,为RAF患者临床康复护理方案的制定提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2018年6月—2019年3月本院收治的95例RAF患者的临床资料,其中2018年6—10月采用常规护理的45例RAF患者的临床资料纳入对照组;2018年11月—2019年3月采用延续康复护理的50例RAF患者的临床资料纳入研究组。比较两组患者再植指功能、生活质量[生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)]及治疗依从性。结果研究组出院后5个月再植指功能优良率高于对照组,WHOQOL-100量表各维度评分均高于对照组,治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论RAF患者运用延续康复护理干预可促进再植指功能恢复,提高患者生活质量及治疗依从性,利于患者尽早回归社会。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with replantation of amputatedfinger(RAF),and to provide reference for the development of clinical rehabilitation nursing plan for RAF patients.Methods Clinical data of 95 patients with RAF admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Clinical data of 45 RAF patients who received routine care duringJune and October 2018 were included in the control group.The clinical data of 50 RAF patients who received continuous rehabilitation care between November 2018 and March 2019 were included in the study group.The function of replanted fingers,quality of life(WHOQOL-100)and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Five months after discharge,the excellent and good rate of replanted fingers in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of all dimensions of WHOQOL-100 scale were higher than those in the control group,and the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention in RAF patients could promote the functional recovery of replanted fingers,improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients,and help patients to return to society as soon as possible.
