基于移动互联网的前庭康复对耳源性眩晕患者的疗效评估 被引量:3

Efficacy evaluation of vestibular rehabilitation based on mobile internet in patients with otogenic vertigo

摘要 选取2020年1至6月在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊确诊为耳源性眩晕的患者25例,其中男8例,女17例,年龄(48±13)岁。进行互联网联合线下随访前庭康复12周,包括前庭-眼反射练习、本体感觉练习、静态/动态平衡练习。比较康复前后的计算机动态姿势图(CDP)、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分情况。结果显示,前庭康复12周后DHI得分[(48.3±15.9)分比(26.7±17.9)分,t=5.319,P<0.001]、感觉统合试验(SOT)得分[(73.3±8.1)分比(76.1±6.6)分,t=2.066,P=0.050]获得改善,而康复前后运动控制试验(MCT)潜伏期得分差异无统计学意义[(140±13)分比(141±16)分,t=0.791,P=0.436]。基于移动互联网的前庭康复便捷、经济、有效,患者可从中获益。 Twenty-five patients diagnosed with otogenic vertigo at the outpatient clinic of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery,Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth People′s Hospital from January to June 2020 were selected.Among them,8 cases were male and 17 cases were female,aged(48±13)years.All the patients underwent internet combined with offline follow-up vestibular rehabilitation for 12 weeks,which included vestibulo-ocular reflex exercises,proprioceptive exercises and static/dynamic balance exercises.Computerized dynamic posturography(CDP)and dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)scores were compared before and after rehabilitation.The DHI score improved significantly after 12 weeks of vestibular rehabilitation(48.3±15.9 vs 26.7±17.9,t=5.319,P<0.001).Meanwhile,the sensory organization test(SOT)score was also improved(73.3±8.1 vs 76.1±6.6,t=2.066,P=0.050),while the difference of motor control test(MCT)latent stage score before and after rehabilitation was not statistically significant(140±13 vs 141±16,t=0.791,P=0.436).The current study demonstrates that vestibular rehabilitation based on mobile internet is convenient,economical and effective,and patients can benefit from it.
