摘要
本研究从木姜叶柯叶[Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun]乙醇提取物低极性组分中分离鉴定出10个化合物,根据NMR及MS等波谱数据分别鉴定为2’-O-(6-O-乙酰葡萄糖苷)-4,4’,6’-三羟基二氢查耳酮(1)、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧基黄酮(2)、4’,5,7-三羟基-3’,5’-二甲氧基黄酮(3)、3’,5,7-三羟基-4’,5’-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、4’,5,7-三羟基黄酮(5)、阿福豆苷(6)、山柰酚-3-O-β-d-(6"-p-香豆酰)吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、柚皮素(8)、3’,5,5’,7-四羟基黄酮烷(9)和山柰酚-3-O-[6",2"-di-O-(E)-p-香豆酰]-β-d-葡萄糖苷(10)。化合物1、7和10为首次从该植物中分离鉴定出的新化学成分。
Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Lithocarpus litseifolius leaves.On the basis of spectral data of NMR and MS,they were identified as 2’-O-(6-O-acetylglucopyranosyl)-4,4’,6’-trihydroxydihydrochalcone(1),5,7-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone(2),4’,5,7-trihydroxy-3’,5’-dimethoxyflavone(3),3’,5,7-trihydroxy-4’,5’-dimethoxyflavone(4),4’,5,7-trihydroxyflavone(5),afzelin(6),tiliroside(7),naringenin(8),3’,5,5’,7-tetrahydroxyflavanone(9)and kaempferol-3-O-[6",2"-di-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl]-β-d-glucopyranoside(10).Compounds 1,7,10 were new chemical constitutens which isolated from this plant for the first time.
