高效液相色谱法测定郁李明荟片中芦荟苷的含量

Determination of Aloin in Yuli Minghui Tablets by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

本研究建立了郁李明荟片中芦荟苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。测定条件如下色谱柱:WondaSilC18 Superb柚(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(37:63);检测波长:355nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温25℃。结果表明,芦荟苷在0.0544~0.3264mg/mL范围内线性良好(R2=0.9995);加样回收率平均值为97.16%,RSD为1.87%(n=6)。该芦荟苷含量测定方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于郁李明荟片中芦荟苷的质量控制。

The study to establish a HPLC method for the determination of aloin in Yuli Minghui tablets.The chromatographic column was Wondasil C18 Superb column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(37:63),the detection wavelength was set at 355 nm,and the flow rate was set at 1 mL/min.The column temperature was 25℃.The results showed that the linear range of aloin was 0.0544~0.3264 mg/mL(R2=0.9995).The average recovery was 97.16%,and the RSD was 1.87%(n=6).The determination method was accurate,stable and reliable,and could be used for the quality control of aloin in Yuli Minghui tablets.
