基于脾气虚模型的四君子汤药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on the Pharmacological Effects of Sijunzi Decoction Based on the Spleen Qi Deficiency Model

四君子汤出自宋代的《太平惠民和剂局方》,是我国传统经典名方,临床上主要用于治疗脾气虚证。虽然临床应用历史悠久,但是四君子汤治疗脾气虚证的药效物质基础及作用靶点仍然有待进一步研究。本文查阅近年来四君子汤治疗脾气虚证的相关文献,从“脾气”现代生理功能的3个方面概述四君子汤治疗脾气虚证的药理作用及其机制,以期为四君子汤治疗脾气虚证的深入研究和临床依据提供参考。

Sijunzi Decoction was first reported in《Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary》during the Song dynasty.It is one of the most well-known Traditional Chinese Herbal Formulations to treat patients with spleen qi deficiency.Although it has been applied clinically for a long time,it is necessary to further study the pharmacodynamic material basis and targets of Sijunzi Decoction.The related literatures about Sijunzi Decoction based on the treatment of spleen qi deficiency were consulted,the pharmacological actions and mechanisms of Sijunzi Decoction mainly from three aspects of the modern physiological effects of"Spleen Qi"were summanzed.The study would provide a reference of Sijunzi Decoction for further research and clinical evidence on the treatment of spleen qi deficiency.
