急性牙髓炎一次性根管与多次根管治疗的比较分析

A comparative analysis of one-time root canal and multiple root canal treatments for acute pulpitis

目的分析一次性根管与多次根管在急性牙髓炎患者治疗中的效果。方法84例急性牙髓炎患者,随机分为常规组及观察组,各42例。常规组使用多次根管治疗,观察组使用一次性根管治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗满意度,不良反应发生率,治疗后的咬合力、咀嚼效率、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率95.24%高于常规组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗满意度92.86%高于常规组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率7.14%低于常规组的23.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的咬合力、咀嚼效率高于常规组,GI、SBI低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎患者,具有临床治疗效果明显、患者对治疗效果满意度高、不良反应发生率低的特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of one-time root canal and multiple root canal treatments for acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute pulpitis were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The conventional group received multiple root canal treatments,and the observation group received one-time root canal treatment.The clinical effect,treatment satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions,bite force,chewing efficiency,gingival index(GI),and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 71.43%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than 23.81%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the GI and SBI were lower than those of the conventional group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of onetime root canal treatment for patients with acute pulpitis has the characteristics of obvious clinical symptoms,high patient satisfaction with the treatment effect,and low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
