妇产科急腹症超声临床诊断及鉴别价值

Clinical diagnosis and differential value of ultrasound in acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology

目的对妇产科急腹症患者应用超声检查,观察并分析此检查方法的诊断效果和鉴别价值。方法150例妇产科急腹症患者,均进行超声诊断及鉴别。重点观察并详细记录病变处包块的位置、大小、形态、边界回声以及血流状况等,观察包块内是否存在孕囊,孕囊内有无胎芽、胎心,盆腔内是否存在积液,积液的量有多少。结果在150例妇产科急腹症患者中,术前超声检查准确诊断143例,诊断符合率为95.33%。其中异位妊娠诊断符合率为95.00%、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转诊断符合率为97.30%、前置胎盘诊断符合率为95.24%、卵巢囊肿破裂诊断符合率为95.83%、盆腔炎症诊断符合率为85.71%。结论对妇产科急腹症患者应用超声检查具有较高的确诊率,可快速、简便的进行诊断与鉴别,且鉴别价值亦高。

Objective To observe and analyze the diagnostic effect and differential value of ultrasound in acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 150 patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology were diagnosed and differentiated by ultrasound.The location,size,shape,boundary echo and blood flow of the mass were observed and recorded in detail.Observation was made on whether there was a gestational sac in the mass,whether there were fetal buds and fetal heart in the gestational sac,whether there was effusion in the pelvic cavity,and the amount of effusion.Results Among the 150 patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,143 cases were accurately diagnosed by preoperative ultrasound,and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 95.33%.Among them,the diagnosis coincidence rate of ectopic pregnancy was 95.00%,the diagnosis coincidence rate of ovarian cyst torsion was 97.30%,the diagnosis coincidence rate of placenta previa was 95.24%,the diagnosis coincidence rate of ovarian cyst rupture was 95.83%,and the diagnosis coincidence rate of pelvic inflammation was 85.71%.Conclusion The application of ultrasound has a high diagnostic rate for patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,with rapid,simple diagnosis and differentiation,and the differential value is also high.
