拉氧头孢注射剂联合左氧氟沙星片对肺结核伴肺部感染患者的疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of latamoxef sodium for injection combined with levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary infection

目的探讨拉氧头孢注射剂联合左氧氟沙星片对肺结核伴肺部感染患者的疗效。方法80例肺结核伴肺部感染患者,按照双盲信封法将其分为对照组和干预组,各40例。对照组给予拉氧头孢注射剂治疗,干预组给予拉氧头孢注射剂联合左氧氟沙星片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、细菌清除情况。结果干预组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组细菌清除率为77.78%,高于对照组的31.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉氧头孢注射剂联合左氧氟沙星片对肺结核伴肺部感染患者的疗效显著,具有较高的安全性,临床价值突出,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To discuss the anti-infective efficacy of latamoxef sodium for injection combined with levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary infection were divided into control group and intervention group according to double-blind envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with latamoxef sodium for injection,and the intervention group was treated with latamoxef sodium for injection and levofloxacin tablets.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and bacteria clearance status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 97.50%,which was higher than 72.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the intervention group was 7.50%,which was lower than 30.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of the intervention group was 77.78%,which was higher than 31.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of latamoxef sodium and levofloxacin has significant efficacy on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary infection,with high safety and clinical value,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
