小剂量A型肉毒毒素多点注射治疗颜面部痉挛的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of multi-point injection of low-dose botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of facial spasm

目的分析对颜面部痉挛患者行小剂量A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)多点注射治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法63例颜面部痉挛患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。两组患者均接受BTX-A治疗,对照组患者给予大剂量治疗,观察组患者给予小剂量治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、开始起效时间、疗效维持时间。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.13%低于对照组的22.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的开始起效时间、疗效维持时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对颜面部痉挛患者行BTX-A治疗时,降低给药剂量,可有效提高治疗安全性,且不会影响治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of multi-point injection of low-dose botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A)in the treatment of facial spasm.Methods A total of 63 patients with facial spasm were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to random numerical table.Patients in the control group were treated with high-dose BTX-A,and patients in the observation group were treated with low-dose BTX-A.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,time to onset and efficacy maintenance time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.13%of the observation group was lower than 22.58%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in time to onset and efficacy maintenance time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Reducing the dosage of botulinum toxin A(BTX-A)in the treatment of facial spasm can effectively improve the safety of treatment without affecting the therapeutic effect.
