医护一体化康复护理在老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the practical effect of medical-nursing integrated care in elderly patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨医护一体化康复护理在老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法66例老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者,依据随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组33例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施医护一体化康复护理。比较两组患者满意度;护理前后的生存质量评分、肾功能监测指标。结果实验组的患者满意度为100.00%(33/33),高于对照组的69.70%(23/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生存质量评分、血清白蛋白均较护理前升高,血清尿素、肌酐水平均较护理前降低,且实验组生存质量评分(94.56±3.21)分、血清白蛋白(43.51±3.21)g/L高于对照组的(82.51±3.24)分、(40.72±4.51)g/L,血清尿素(11.21±1.12)mmol/L、肌酐(322.45±12.35)μmol/L低于对照组(22.21±3.52)mmol/L、(452.44±12.12)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者实施医护一体化康复护理效果确切,可提高患者的生存质量,改善患者的肾功能,提高患者的满意度,值得推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the practical effect of medical-nursing integrated care in elderly patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were divided into experimental group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received medical-nursing integrated care.The satisfaction rate,quality of life score and monitoring index of renal function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100.00%(33/33),which was higher than 69.70%(23/33)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score and serum albumin of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the levels of serum urea and creatinine were lower than those before nursing;the quality of life score(94.56±3.21)points and serum albumin(43.51±3.21)g/L of the experimental group was higher than(82.51±3.24)points and(40.72±4.51)g/L of the control group,and serum urea(11.21±1.12)mmol/L and creatinine(322.45±12.35)μmol/L were lower than(22.21±3.52)mmol/L and(452.44±12.12)μmol/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical-nursing integrated care has certain effect on elderly patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and it can improve the quality of life,renal function and satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing and applying.
