摘要
目的分析并总结古代中医典籍外用美发方剂用药规律。方法采用中华医典数据库对外用生发、乌发、去屑止痒方剂进行收集整理,应用古今医案云平台进行药物频次、性味归经、关联规则以及复杂网络分析。结果共纳入221条外用美发方剂。外用生发方剂主要采用祛风解表、活血行气、凉血三类中药,以辛、温、肝胃脾肺经用药居多;外用乌发方剂主要由具有染发作用的天然植物和天然矿物组成;外用去屑止痒方剂主要采用祛风解表类中药,以辛、温、肺经用药居多。结论通过数据挖掘初步探索了古代中医典籍外用美发方剂用药规律特点,对头皮毛发疾病的临床治疗具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To analyze and summarize the medication rules of external hairdressing prescriptions in ancient Chinese medicine classics.Methods The external prescriptions for promoting hair growth,hair dyeing,antidandruff and antipruritic were collected and sorted out by using the database of Chinese medical canon.The frequency,four natures,five tastes,meridian tropism,association rules and complex network were analyzed by using the ancient and modern medical cases cloud platform.Results A total of 221 prescriptions were included.The external prescriptions for promoting hair growth were mainly composed of herbs that dispel wind and relieve exterior syndrome,promote blood and qi circulation,clear heat and cool blood,most of the drugs used were pungent,warm,liver,stomach,spleen,and lung meridians.The external prescriptions for hair dyeing were mainly composed of natural plants and minerals with hair dyeing function.The external prescriptions for antidandruff and antipruritic were mainly used herbs of dispelling wind and relieving exterior pain,most of which were pungent,warm,and lung meridian.Conclusion This paper preliminarily explores the medication characteristics of external hairdressing prescriptions in ancient Chinese medicine classics through data mining,which has a certain reference value for the clinical treatment of scalp hair diseases.
