眼周少见类型基底细胞癌临床病理学分析

Clinicopathological analysis of rare type of periocular basal cell carcinoma

目的探讨眼周少见类型基底细胞癌的临床病理学特点。方法对河北省唐山市眼科医院2009年1月至2019年6月116例眼周基底细胞癌患者的临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果116例中病理类型为结节型基底细胞癌64例(55.2%),结节型伴浸润性混合型基底细胞癌18例(15.5%),鳞状细胞基底细胞癌17例(14.7%),色素性基底细胞癌11例(9.5%),硬化型/多形性基底细胞癌6例(5.1%),眼周少见类型基底细胞癌为鳞状细胞基底细胞癌、色素性基底细胞癌、硬化型/多形性基底细胞癌。结论眼周少见类型基底细胞癌诊断时应注意与大体及组织学形态相似的良恶性肿瘤相鉴别。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of a rare type of basal cell carcinoma around the eye.Methods Clinical and pathological data of 116 patients with periocular basal cell carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in Tangshan Eye Hospital from January 2009 to June 2019.Results The pathological type of 116 patients was nodular basal cell carcinoma 64 cases(55.2%).Nodular mixed basal cell carcinoma with infiltration 18 cases(15.5%),squamous cell basal cell carcinoma 17 cases(14.7%),pigmented basal cell carcinoma 11 cases(9.5%),sclerosing type/pleomorphic basal cell carcinoma 6 cases(5.1%),the rare types of periocular basal cell carcinoma were squamous carcinoma,pigmented basal cell carcinoma and sclerosing/morphoeic basal cell carcinoma.Conclusion In the diagnosis of a rare type of basal cell carcinoma around the eye,attention should be paid to the differentiation between benign and malignant tumors with similar gross and histological morphology.
