加味归蒲散治疗气滞血瘀型产后腹痛临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Modified Guipu Powder on postpartum abdominal pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type

目的观察加味归蒲散治疗气滞血瘀型产后腹痛的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的80例气滞血瘀型产后腹痛患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组采用常规基础对症治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合加味归蒲散治疗,比较两组产后腹痛治疗效果及患者生活质量、精神心理情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医主症积分、疼痛程度及血浆-内啡肽(-EP)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未发生任何严重药物不良反应及并发症。结论采用加味归蒲散治疗气滞血瘀型产后腹痛疗效显著,可有效改善患者疼痛程度及应激状态,有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Guipu Powder on postpartum abdominal pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods 80 cases of patients with postpartum abdominal pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment;observation group was treated with Modified Guipu Powder on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effect of postpartum abdominal pain and the quality of life,mental and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the main symptom score,pain degree and plasma-EP level of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05), serious adverse drug reactions and complications occurred in neither group.Conclusion Modified Guipu Powder is effective in treating postpartum abdominal pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and can effectively improve the quality of life with a value of clinical application and promotion.
