工作场所空气中二甲氧基甲烷的二硫化碳解吸-气相色谱测定法 被引量:2

Determination of Dimethoxymethane in workplace air by gas chromatography with carbon disulfide desorption

摘要 目的建立测定工作场所空气中二甲氧基甲烷的溶剂解吸-气相色谱方法。方法活性炭管采集工作场所空气中的二甲氧基甲烷,经二硫化碳解吸,DB-1毛细管柱分离,采用火焰离子化检测器测定。结果二甲氧基甲烷定量测定范围为1.63~17120.00 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.99999,方法的检出限和最低检出浓度分别是0.48 mg/L和0.32 mg/m^(3),定量下限和最低定量浓度分别为1.60 mg/L和1.07 mg/m^(3)(以采集空气样品1.5 L计算),解吸效率为97.25%~100.71%,批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为1.07%~2.18%和1.28%~3.09%,样品在室温至少可保存7天。结论该方法操作简单、精密度好、灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中二甲氧基甲烷的测定,并实现与工作场所空气中多种有机毒物的同时采样及检测。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of dimethoxymethane in the air of workplace by gas chromatography with carbon disulfide desorption.Methods Dimethoxymethane in workplace air was collected with the activated charcoal tube.After solvent desorption with carbon disulfide,the dimethoxymethane was separated on a DB-1 capillary column and detected with flame ionization detector.Results The quantitative determination range of dimethoxymethane was 1.63-17120.00 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99999.The detection limit and minimum detection concentration of the method was 0.48 mg/Land 0.32 mg/m^(3) respectively,while the lower limit of quantitation and minimum quantitation concentration was 1.60 mg/L和1.07 mg/m^(3) respectively(calculated by 1.5L of air sample).The desorption efficiency was 97.25%-100.71%.The relative standard deviation within and between batches was 1.07%-2.18%and 1.28%-3.09%,respectively.And the sample could be preserved for 7 days at room temperature.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,good precisoin and high sensitivity,which is suitable for the determination of dimethoxymethane in workplace air,and to achieve the simultaneous sampling and detection of multiple organic poisons in the air of workplace.
