合肥市≥30岁人群维生素D营养水平及影响因素 被引量:1

Vitamin D nutrient levels and influencing factors of people aged≥30 years old in Hefei City

摘要 目的了解合肥市≥30岁人群维生素D营养水平并对其影响因素进行分析。方法2019年7月—2020年9月以安徽医科大学第四附属医院健康检查中心249例≥30岁人群为研究对象,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中胆固醇、白蛋白、直胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶和碱性磷酸酶水平,采用电化学发光法测定血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平,通过调查问卷获得一般人口学资料。结果合肥市≥30岁人群血清25(OH)D水平M(P25,P75)为51.76(40.66,71.97)nmol/L,维生素D缺乏107人(43.0%),不足96人(38.5%),充足46人(18.5%)。年龄增加,维生素D缺乏或不足风险增加(P<0.01);每天吸烟数量和每周饮酒次数增加,人群维生素D缺乏或不足风险增加(均P<0.05);维生素D缺乏或不足人群胆固醇含量比维生素D充足人群低(P<0.01)。结论合肥市≥30岁人群维生素D平均水平较低,人群维生素D缺乏或不足较普遍,高频率吸烟或饮酒以及低胆固醇是造成该人群维生素D缺乏或不足的危险因素。 Objective To understand the Vitamin D nutritional levels of people aged≥30 years old in Hefei City,analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 249 subjects aged≥30 years old were collected from the physical examination center of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2019 to September 2019.Fully automatic biochemical analyser was used to examine the content of cholesterol,albumin,direct bilirubin,glutamyl transpeptidase and alkaline phosphatase in serum.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]level was tested by electrochemical luminescence method and general demographic data was obtained through the questionnaire.Results Serum 25(OH)D M(P25,P75)was 51.76(40.66,71.97)nmol/L in people aged≥30 years old in Hefei City.There were 107(43.0%)cases of vitamin D deficiency,96(38.5%)cases of vitamin D insufficiency,and 46(18.5%)cases of vitamin D adequacy.With the increase of age,the risk of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency increased(P<0.01).Daily smoking amount and frequency of drinking per week increased,the risk of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency increased(both P<0.05).Subjects of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency had lower cholesterol than those of adequate vitamin D(P<0.01).Conclusion The average level of Vitamin D among people aged≥30 years old in Hefei City is low,Vitamin D deficiency or insufficient is widespread.High frequency of smoking and drinking,and low cholesterol are the risk factors that lead to vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency.
