广西梧州地区护理人员职业认同感现状调查 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis on status quo of occupational identity in nursing staff of Wuzhou in Guangxi

摘要 目的了解广西梧州地区护理人员职业认同感并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方式,于2020年6—8月选取广西梧州地区3所医院376名护理人员作为调查对象。采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、职业认同量表、工作压力源量表及工作满意度量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果广西梧州地区护理人员职业认同总得分为89.01±19.56,工作压力源总得分为49.84±10.34,工作满意度总得分为79.15±8.76,均处在中等水平。其中护理人员工作压力源量表各维度评分及总分与职业认同均呈负相关(均P<0.05);护理人员工作满意度量表各维度评分及总分与职业认同均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。工作年限、工作压力及工作满意度均是护理人员职业认同感现状的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论护理人员的工作年限、工作压力及工作满意度是护理人员职业认同感的影响因素。加强人文关怀与沟通,减轻护理人员的心理压力,合理分配工作任务,提供更多培训学习机会,有利于提高护理人员的职业认同感。 Objective To investigate the occupational identity in nursing staff of Wuzhou in Guangxi,analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using convenience sampling,376 nurses from three hospitals in Wuzhou of Guangxi were selected as the survey subjects from June to August 2020.The self-designed general information questionnaire,occupational identity scale,job stressor scale and job satisfaction scale were used in survey,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of occupational identity among nursing staff in Wuzhou of Guangxi was 89.01±19.56,he total score of job stressor was 49.84±10.34,and the total score of job satisfaction was 79.15±8.76,all of which were in the middle level.The scores of the various dimensions of the job stressor scale and the total scores were negatively correlated with occupational identity in nursing staff(all P<0.05).The scores of the various dimensions of the job satisfaction scale were positively correlated with occupational identity in nursing staff(all P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,work pressure and job satisfaction were all influencing factors of the status quo of nursing staff's professional identity(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff's working years,work pressure and job satisfaction are the influencing factors of their professional identity.To strengthen humanistic care and communication,reduce the psychological pressure of nursing staff,allocate work tasks reasonably,and provide more training and learning opportunities were helpful to improve the professional identity of nursing staff.
