湖北省某三级甲等医院医务人员不同时期睡眠质量与疲劳状况调查

Investigation of sleep quality and fatigue in different periods among medical personnel in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Hubei Province

目的调查湖北省某三级甲等医院医务人员不同时期的睡眠质量和疲劳状况。方法采用一般资料调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)量表及疲劳量表(FS-14)对88名湖北省某三级甲等医院医务人员进行2次问卷调查,分析其不同时期(2020年3月和2020年6月)的睡眠质量与疲劳状况及二者的相关性。结果2020年3月,88名医务人员PSQI平均得分为14.00(11.00,17.00),2020年6月,PSQI得分为12.00(10.00,14.00),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其睡眠障碍的发生率差异无统计学意义(71.6%vs 68.2%,P>0.05),前后2个时期医务人员的睡眠质量及各个维度(除催眠药物使用)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年3月88名医务人员的FS-14得分为1.50(0.00,3.00),2020年6月FS-14得分为3.50(1.25,6.00)。前后2个时段其躯体疲劳、精神疲劳和疲劳总分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),医务人员睡眠质量和疲劳得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不同时期湖北省某三级甲等医院医务人员的总体睡眠质量和疲劳程度不同,医院管理者可以根据具体情况酌情调整、统筹安排。

Objective To investigate the sleep quality and fatigue in different periods among medical personnel in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Hubei Province.Methods The general data questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PQSI)and Fatigue Scale(FS-14)were used to investigate 88 medical workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Hubei Province twice,to analyze their sleep quality and fatigue in different periods(March 2020 and June 2020)and the correlation between them.Results The PSQI average score among 88 medical workers in March 2020 and June 2020 was 14.091±3.635 and 12.00(10.00,14.00)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference in the incidence of sleep disorders was statistically significant(71.6%vs 68.2%,P>0.05).The differences in sleep quality and dimensions(except hypnotic drug use)in medical workers were statistically significant between two periods(P<0.05).The FS-14 score among 88 medical workers in March 2020 and June 2020 was 1.50(0.00,3.00)and 3.50(1.25,6.00)respectively.The differences in score of body fatigue and mental fatigue and total score of fatigue were statistically significant between two periods(P<0.05).The sleep quality of medical workers was positively correlated with fatigue score(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall sleep quality and fatigue level among medical personnel in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Hubei Province are different in different periods,and the hospital managers can adjust and coordinate the arrangement according to the realities.
