摘要
目的系统评价窝沟封闭剂联合氟离子对小学生口腔健康的影响程度。方法计算机检索PubMed、CNKI、MEDLINE、万方、维普数据库,检索时限为建库至2020年11月,筛选符合纳入标准的完全随机对照研究,提取相关数据进行meta分析。结果最终纳入11项研究,共1012例患者,1715颗患牙。分析结果表明,治疗2年后与单纯使用窝沟封闭剂相比,使用窝沟封闭剂联合氟离子法的龋齿(OR=0.32,95%CI:0.23~0.44,Z=6.82,P<0.01)、邻面龋(OR=0.27,95%CI:0.17~0.43,Z=5.52,P<0.01),发生率明显降低,封闭剂的保存率显著提高(OR=3.44,95%CI:2.27~5.23,Z=5.79,P<0.01)。结论窝沟封闭剂联合氟离子预防龋齿无创、无痛且效果理想,应大力宣传推广,以期降低小学生患龋率,提升小学生口腔健康水平。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride on pupils'oral health.Methods PubMed,CNKI,MEDLINE,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched by computer,and the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to November 2020.Complete randomized controlled studies that met the inclusion criteria were screened and relevant data were extracted for meta analysis.Results A total of 11 studies were involved,including 1012 patients and 1715 teeth.The analysis results showed that the incidence rate of caries(OR=0.32,95%CI:0.23-0.44,Z=6.82,P<0.01)and adjacent surface caries(OR=0.27,95%CI:0.17-0.43,Z=5.52,P<0.01)by using pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride after two years significantly decreased as compared with only use of pit and fissure sealant,while the survival rate of sealant significantly increased(OR=3.44,95%CI:2.27-5.23,Z=5.79,P<0.01).Conclusion Pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride in preventing dental caries is non-invasive,painless and effective.It is necessary to publicize and promote them to reduce the rate of dental caries and improve the oral health of pupils.
