摘要
涡轮轮缘间隙燃气入侵及封严技术是燃气轮机领域研究的热点和难点问题。本文针对转-静盘腔内部流动及轮缘密封、多物理场环境下热运行轮缘间隙、封严扫吹流与主流相互作用进行综述,分析并总结了燃气入侵与封严技术的未来研究重点和发展趋势,包含非定常多模态高温燃气入侵理论、轮缘间隙大尺度涡系结构演化规律及封严扫吹流径向迁移机制及损失机理等。
Research on ingestion and sealing technologies in turbine rim dearance is a hot and difficult point of gas turbine research at home and abroad.This research mainly focuses on the progresses in the flow characteristics in rotor-stator cavity and rim seal, the research on the hot running rim clearance in multi-physics fields, and the interactions between the purge flow and mainstream.Finally, the future research emphasis and development of gas turbine gas ingestion and sealing technology are proposed.Future work can focus on the unsteady and multimodal hot gas ingestion process, and the evolution law of the complex large-scale vortex in the rim clearance area, radial migration and aerodynamic loss mechanisms of purge flow.
