Analysis on the Influence of Different Adjustment Modes on Economy of Induced Draft Fan

摘要 火力发电厂引风机运行能耗与其调节方式密切相关,为了分析不同调节方式的经济性,利用总费用现值法以及最小年费用法,完成了某300 MW火力发电厂不同调节方式下的年费用计算,并分析了改造方案的抵偿年限以及碳排放。据此,对比分析了三省一区基于不同调节方式的引风机在不同影响因素下的运行经济性。结果表明:小汽轮机驱动最经济,电动变速调节次之,小汽轮机驱动调节每年减少碳排放更多。 The operation energy consumption of induced draft fan in thermal power plant is closely related to its regulation mode.In order to analyze the economy of different regulation modes, the total cost present value method and the minimum annual cost method are used to calculate the annual cost of a 300 MW thermal power plant under different regulation modes, and the compensation period and carbon emission of the modification scheme are analyzed.The operation economy of induced draft fans based on different regulation modes are then compared and analyzed in three provinces and one autonomous region.The results show that the small turbine drive is the most economical, the electric variable speed regulation is the second, and the small turbine drive regulation reduces more carbon emissions every year.
